The Rosemary Project began with one mission: to rethink how Wills and memoranda of wishes are created, especially for people facing terminal illness or navigating difficult family dynamics. Traditional Wills can feel impersonal—reducing a lifetime of experiences to a rigid legal document. And too often, our lawyers saw the aftermath: Will disputes, Family Protection Act claims, and estate litigation that caused unnecessary hurt and stress.

The Project offers a different approach.
