Employment Lawyers in Tauranga
Our employment lawyers in Tauranga are here to help employers and employees with anything to do with work or health and safety issues. Whether you’re dealing with a personal grievance at the Employment Relations Authority or Employment Court, need some straight-up advice about your rights and responsibilities, or want guidance through a restructuring, we’re here to make the whole process easier to navigate.
We get that employment issues can pop up fast and often come with difficult team or organisational issues. We start by really getting to know what’s going on and what you’re hoping to achieve. From there, we work with you to map out a plan that makes sense for your situation. Once that is in place, we work hard to achieve the best outcome we can — all while keeping the process as smooth and efficient as we can.
Many employment matters can be resolved through negotiation or mediation, and we prioritise early, effective resolution wherever possible.
Where formal action is required, we are fully prepared to represent clients before the Employment Relations Authority and the Employment Court, drawing on extensive experience in employment dispute advocacy. Whether you need advice on your rights or representation, our team provides practical employment law advice across Tauranga and New Zealand.
Our Approach
Clear Advice. Practical Solutions.

Our focus is always on resolving matters as efficiently and smoothly as possible, while protecting your interests at every stage.

Roebi Bidois
Law Clerk
READ ROEBI's BIO
Before stepping into her current role as a law clerk, Roebi spent nearly five years as a legal secretary at a local Tauranga firm, juggling deadlines, decoding lawyer scribbles, and keeping the legal machine running smoothly.
In April 2024, Roebi graduated with her law degree before deciding to take a brief hiatus from the legal industry, diving into the world of financial advising.
While Roebi loved the hands-on nature of that work, she felt compelled to give “lawyering” a proper go. Since her return to law, Roebi has enjoyed the fast-paced environment, the ever-changing work, and the intellectual challenge.
