Fraundorfer provides investigation and process serving services across New Zealand, acting primarily for law firms, professionals, and litigants who require accurate information and proper service

Our work includes workplace investigations and nationwide process serving, with a focus on evidence, accuracy, and compliance with court and statutory requirements.

Investigations

We conduct investigations in legal, employment, and related matters where evidence needs to be gathered properly and independently.

Services including (but not limited to):

Every investigation is conducted with attention to evidential detail and an understanding of how the material may be used in legal proceedings.

Process Serving

Fraundorfer provides reliable process serving services throughout New Zealand, ensuring legal documents are served correctly, efficiently, and in accordance with court requirements.

We can serve documents locally and nationwide, with multiple attempts included where applicable.

Our standard fees are:

  • $125.00 + GST within Tauranga (up to 3 attempts)

  • $175.00 + GST outside Tauranga (up to 35km (up to 3 attempts)

  • Rural or outside the central north island service: available by quote

If it is necessary to locate an individual before service, an additional charge will apply. This typically ranges from $200 – $375 + GST.

Upon completion of service, we will provide a sworn Affidavit, Certificate, or Statement of Service to confirm that the document has been properly served.
